How to Use

Shipping, Delivery & Orders

We ship throughout the United States, United Kingdom, and Mexico!

But please contact us here to see if we can accommodate your order!

A reminder that we do not process, ship, or deliver orders over the weekend or on holidays.

Shipping times depend on your shipping method. Here you will find the estimated delivery timeframes for each shipping method. Please note that these timeframes do not take into account order processing.

Once your order has shipped, we will email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number!

We find that most of the time that your order was likely mis-delivered to a neighbor, left in a mailroom/package room, or picked up my someone else in your household. Please double check those places and with your household first, and if you still have trouble, please contact us here so we can help out!

 

Please note: if there is an issue with your delivery, please let us know within 7 days of your noted delivery date or of the date the issue occurred. We’re unable to help past the 7-day mark, and all issues should be reported to the carrier directly at that point.

Please contact us here with your order number and your correct shipping address, so we can make changes as quickly as possible. We will make best efforts to accommodate your request, though we ask that you double check your address prior to placing your order, as we cannot guarantee a change in address once your order is processing.

We are unable to edit the items in an order or cancel an order once it has processed. However, please contact us here so we can best help in accommodating your request!

Additional shipping notes

• Orders may be delayed due to discrepancies in payment or billing/shipping information.

• Transit and delivery time may be extended due to inclement weather or general carrier delays/issues. Imaraïs Beauty cannot guarantee a delivery date.

• Imaraïs Beauty is not responsible for lost shipments due to a wrong or incomplete address entered at checkout (i.e. missing or invalid apartment number, incorrect street number, city, state, or zip code). In the event you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us here and let us know your correct address, ASAP and we will try our best to accommodate the change!

RETURNS

If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return unopened and unused products, with original seals intact, within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus the original shipping charges and taxes.

We will process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges and taxes. Please note it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account due to bank processing times.

• Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns after 14 days from the delivery date.

• Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns of any used or opened products.

• Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns with the original seal not intact.

• For Order of 20 items or more, only 50% of the order may be returned if the items are unopened and unused with the original seals intact.

To start a return please contact us here with your Order # in the subject.

If you’re unhappy with a product, please contact us here within 14 days of your delivery date so we can determine the next best steps for you. While we cannot guarantee a refund once your product is opened/used, we will work with you to find the best solution!

Payments

For one-time purchases, we accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, GPay, PayPal, Shop Pay.

If you’re looking to place an order larger than 20 items, please contact us here to help out with your large order!

Discount codes may be applied to one-time orders.

Only one discount code is applicable per order, and discount codes cannot be stacked or combined with other offers.
